Seems pretty much the same. I do use an apple peeler corer which works most of the time so the apples are peeled, and I like to dip them in a cinnamon sugar mix on one side. I never bother to use lemon juice which makes it a lot simpler. Since my first name is Barbara, I call them bapples, and they are very popular with all the family.
